Yrjö Närhinen is a Finnish executive who brings along significant industry experience from the healthcare services sector across Europe. He currently holds the position as chairman of Ambea (a Swedish stock-listed healthcare company providing care for elderly and disabled people in Scandinavia) and he is also board member of Avonova AB (a private equity owned company providing occupational health care to the employees of Nordic companies).  Previous roles included servicing as CEO for Terveystalo (the leading private healthcare service provider in Finland employing c. 8,800 healthcare professionals and offering a wide variety of integrated primary, secondary, occupational health and diagnostic care services).
